About Me
It all started as a new chapter in my life — setting up my own handyman business. I originally trained as a fine-dining chef and spent 35 years working across all areas of catering, from fine dining to street food, and even cooking for motorcycle race teams.
Over time, I decided it was time for a change and a better work–life balance, away from the high stress and long, unsociable hours that come with top-end kitchens.
I’ve always been a practical, hands-on person. From DIY projects and home renovations to rebuilding motorbikes, I knew I needed a career that kept me active and engaged. Sitting behind a desk or working in an office was never going to be for me.
After renovating my own home, painting and decorating, fixing things the kids had broken, and even replacing bathrooms, becoming a handyman felt like the natural next step. With plenty of encouragement from family and friends, I decided to take the plunge and here I am today.
